Easy Car Policy Statement

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Easy Car does accept debit cards.
• Cancellation Policy: it is required notice at least 3 days upon scheduled arrival in order to avoid one day charge penalty.
• Vehicles are not allowed to be driven outside Costa Rica.
• Any adjustments or modifications to the reservation may vary the rate.
• Rental periods are 24 hours per day. 
• Each additional driver has a cost of U$5.00 per day per driver.
• Drivers need to show the original and valid driver license and one major valid credit card: Visa, Master Card, American Express & Dinners Club under the credit card holder name at the time of the rental. Minimum age for rental is 21 years old.

To guarantee bookings, a credit card number over the phone is required. We appreciate that information at: 1-866-2723471 if you are located in USA or Canada. If you are located outside USA or Canada , please send the credit card information to the e-mail info@easycarcr.com . If the required information is not received within a 24 hours period after made the booking, it will erased from the system.

GENERAL INFORMATION

• Easy Car offers meet and greet service at the airport when exact flight details are provided. Renter will be meeting at arrival gates by an Easy Car representative.
• When flights details are not provided, the customer may call upon arrival for shuttle service available in San Jose Airport and in Liberia airport at :800-248-1962
• The mandatory insurance covers CDW( collision damage and waiver) with a deductible for U$ 400.00.
• Easy car accepts credit card insurances by Amex, Visa and Master Card.
• If the Credit Cards Insurance applies, the customer has to pay the liability coverage of US $ 10.00 per day, no matter the car category.
• Easy Car delivers the car with the empty tank.
• Easy Car charges a US $ 8.00 fee when the car is returned dirty.
