Easy Car Policy Statement
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Valid driver license. If it is issued outside Costa Rica, it would be valid for 90 days after your arrival to Costa Rica
- Passport.
- Major credit card (Amex, Visa, Master Card) with US$ 1500 credit available, to cover deposit and rental cost.
- Easy Car does not accept debit cards.
- Vehicles are not allowed to be driven outside Costa Rica.
- Any adjustments or modifications to the reservation may vary the rate.
- Rental periods are 24 hours per day.
- Minimum age for rental is 23 years old.
- The mandatory insurance includes LDW( loss damage waiver) and LI (liability insurance) with an excess of US$ 1500.00.
- A supplemental loss damage waiver (SDW) is available in Costa Rica to cover the excess at US$ 12.00 per day.
- No hidden costs or extras in our rates. Taxes are all included.
- Each additional driver has a cost of US$3.00 per day per driver.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- It is required notice at least 3 days upon scheduled arrival in order to avoid one day charge penalty.
Even if our online reservation system will confirm your booking, to guarantee it, a credit card is required. Our staff will contact you over the phone or by e-mail, right after your reservation to get your information and assist you with any other question you may have about your rental. You also can call us to our toll free number or write to info@easycarcr.com
If the required information is not received within a 24 hours period after made the booking, it will erased from the system.
